Your Cool is a small batch artisan producer of fresh, high quality ice creams and sorbets. Our ice cream is freshly made to order for local delivery or available as a unique experience for events such as weddings, birthday parties or corporate events, where we offer a fully personalised service.
Our range includes seasonal flavours as well as the traditional favourites, and if you want something special we can even develop a new flavour for you.

We believe that ice cream should be made with the best ingredients to taste as good as possible. We have won a number of awards for our ice creams, sorbets and dairy-free ice creams - we were delighted to win the Northamptonshire Food & Drink Awards' Artisan Food Product of the Year 2023/24 with our Coffee ice cream. We also try to use local ingredients as much as possible - we use Warner's Distillery Rum on our Rum & Raisin ice cream, local blueberries from Mee Blueberries in Nassington and our award-winning coffee ice cream is made using coffee beans from Great Brington Roastery.
The Story of Your Cool
I'm Jo and Your Cool was established late in 2019 after many years as a twinkle in my eye. I love my food and enjoyed making ice cream in my tiny domestic ice cream machine and seeing the smiles on the faces of my friends and family. Finally, after making ice cream for a good friend's wedding I decided to take the leap from a career in marketing management to artisan ice cream maker. With the vision to create delicious ice cream and only add flavours to our 'menu' when we were sure they passed the 'worth the calories' test!

Determined to make delicious, high quality ice cream from scratch (not using powder bases), using local ingredients where possible and get it to consumers as fresh as possible, we started our journey. After a week long course at Reading University (yes, there really is a course on ice cream making!), Environmental Health checks, lots of testing and the purchase of a commercial ice cream machine and pasteurising equipment, Your Cool was ready to start putting smiles on people's faces!

The original plan was to focus on freshly made artisan ice cream, personalised for weddings and corporate events, but with the Covid pandemic starting in early 2020 we found that we needed a rethink. And so, Your Cool started home deliveries of delicious ice cream and treat packs, delivering smiles during the dark days of lockdown.

We're back making ice cream for weddings and corporate events now, but continuing with our home deliveries. Whether we are serving ice cream at your event or delivering to your door, we love the fantastic reaction to our ice cream.

And we're constantly expanding the flavour range. We've recently added a number of vegan/dairy-free 'ice creams' including our award-winning Lemon with a Blueberry Swirl. And we love developing new flavours following your requests - a recent addition was a Limoncello ice cream for a groom with Italian heritage!
