Freshly-made artisan ice creams and sorbets from an award-winning producer delivered to your door. All our ice cream is made fresh to order and delivered across Northamptonshire* on a regular basis. For orders of £9 or more we offer FREE DELIVERY (else delivery is £2).

*we deliver within a radius of 10 miles of Spratton (this mainly covers NN1 to NN10 and NN14 to NN16 postcode areas).

If your area does not come up when placing an order, do get in touch as it may be that we are heading your way and can deliver (or you're welcome to collect from us in Spratton).

When will my ice cream be delivered?
We generally have a couple of delivery dates each month or you are welcome to collect from us (we'll let you know when your order is ready). Select the item 'Book a Delivery' to choose your preferred delivery date when placing an order online. We will contact you a couple of days before the delivery date with an approximate time for your delivery - if there's a problem with that time, we're generally able to reschedule.

Where do you deliver?
We cover most of Northamptonshire with our deliveries. If you are within 10 miles of Spratton or in any of the following postcode areas we can deliver to you: NN1, NN2, NN3, NN4, NN5, NN6, NN7, NN8, NN9, NN10, NN14, NN15, NN16. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect from us in Spratton. If your address does not come up as within our delivery area when ordering, do get in touch, as we may be delivering close to your area and able to make a delivery anyway.

Is there a delivery charge?
We offer free delivery for all orders of £9 or more. For orders below £9 there is a delivery charge of £2.

What if I am not in when you deliver?
If there is no-one in when we reach the delivery address, we will phone you using the contact number given. If we can get in touch with you we can agree to leave your delivery with a neighbour or return at a later time if we are still going to be in the area. If we are unable to reach you, we will try again if we are in the area still or we will take your delivery back to Spratton where you are welcome to collect, else we can deliver on our next delivery date (please bear in mind this is not suitable where there are freshly baked items in the treat pack).

What are the payment options?
When you place your order you will have the option to pay by card or Apple Pay or to make an Offline payment. Our bank account details are given if you select Offline Payment, if you can arrange a bank transfer for the value of the order that would be great (as we avoid additional payment fees this way) - we will confirm that we have received your payment.

How do I use my gift voucher?
If you would like to pay with a Your Cool gift voucher, please add the value and number from the gift voucher in the Notes area when you order and we will deduct this from the total. We will collect the gift voucher from you when we deliver your order so please keep it safe until then.

Can I order as a gift?
Yes, of course - simply give us the recipient's name and address as the shipping address when ordering. If you'd like to add a message onto the bag tag for the recipient just select the GIFT MESSAGE item from the shop to let us know your message (there is no extra charge for this). And we'll confirm the delivery time with you so that you can ensure they are there to receive your gift.
